Hot/Cold Therapy Pack - Rectangle

This very practical hot/cold pack is perfect for use during postpartum and beyond. A plush backing creates a perfect barrier between the pack and your skin.  

To heat, microwave for 30 seconds. Add additional 5 second intervals until desired temperature is reached.

To cool, freeze for at least two hours. Pack should only be applied to the relief area for the doctor recommended time of 20 minutes.
